At the end of the day one might always offer an excuse for any crime. Was this damage done? Was it even remotely likely to influence the Government of a far-off country, determined upon repeating the conquests of the Old Testament?
This is more than an excellent article. It is absolutely ridiculous that Menon should be accused of contempt of court. Makes one wonder if along with Starmer's ambition to do away with juries, it is also the reason the judges went down this road. Worth remembering these Judges were handpicked to replace the previous judge who showed a more enlightened view of the first case against Palestine Action. We truly are in danger of becoming a Fascist State.. Here's hoping Scotland becomes Independent soon..
