Unfortunately the "justice system" as well as the word "judge" come from .... (drum roll) Judaism!

Even the recent "2 meters social distancing" scamdemic psy-op comes from the scriptures of the chosenites! And of course there's this thing called Noahide Laws.... The chosenites have plans for all of us, not just the Middle East...

Brilliant writing, about an extraordinary barrister

Jonathan Cook has committed a serious breach of copyright by reproducing my account of Rajiv Menon's speech without credit. Real Media covered every single day of this important trial and I was the only journalist to do so. It's really disheartening when that amount of work simply gets stolen by a fellow journalist. I should really sue, but there are more important targets to spend energy on. For anyone interested in checking the source, take a look at realmedia.press

Thank you Rajiv Menon KC for your brilliant and hard work in defending and freeing the Filton 6. May God bless you and bless Palestine Action to continue doing their just and honorable work. Truth Always Prevails no matter what. Free Palestine!

Geat work, very much appreciated.

Reading this brought me to tears. It illustrates just how vital it is to maintain trial by jury.

Thank you. This is illuminating.

Thank you Jonathan. We desperately need commentators like you, and barristers like Rajiv Menon.

What a courageous and brilliant speech.

When are we going to get rid of this incompetent, right wing govt? Starmer screws up everything he touches, then lies about it a la Boris Johnson. The Green Party need to start showing the working class why they - not public school-banker-multi millionaire Farage's Deformed - are the party of the people. Congrats to Palestine Action. Thanks to their barrister and HUGE KUDOS to the JURY!

This makes me want to know how the attempt to do away with juries - such a crucial part of our legal process - is being and will be challenged. Please address that if you can.

stephanieb's avatar

Of course that is the objective: hope and pray no barrister as articulate could make a similarly cogent argument for that path.

Bruce Raben's avatar

They were guilty of something. Breaking in and destroying property is a crime

stephanieb's avatar

Sure, the machinations if justice are problematic, but taking out ‘little guys’ with inordinately harsh sentences cannot be a correct path.

Rich Mitchell's avatar

But it's ok to murder children?

stephanieb's avatar

But not in defense of property being used to commit a ‘far greater crime’ of genocide.

Bruce Raben's avatar

the rationale of, i think this person, this company, this country is doing evil which then justifies me doing violent things against them or to any person or entity that i designate as part of them, anywhere in the world is not right. you end up with the French Revolution and chaos. The UAE supports real genocidal civil war in Sudan with millions displaced and hundreds of thousands of deaths. where is the outrage. where is the direct action? China's genocide on the Uighers. what are you doing about that? people want to take direct action they should face the consequences. if you care about climate change and think it will lead to global catastrophe and you go to an art museum and throw paint on a famous, invaluable painting ( i am not sure what the rationale for this is, but it is a thing) should you go to jail? or can you say, i am defending the planet so i can fuck up this painting?

“These countries do it and I am mad jews can’t do it”

Yes “Bruce” we think we should treat pissrral with as much contempt as we do Russia, glad you are on the same page!

Desmondo's avatar

"real genocidal civil war in Sudan" - I think we can infer from that loaded phrase (and others) that you think deny Israel was committing a genocide in Gaza? Add to that the copious, specious, whataboutery and it turns out you have no actual argument and can safely be ignored.

Bruce Raben's avatar

A genocide it the conscious act of killing a people because they are a people. The Turks killed 1 million Armenians because they were Armenian. Turkey of course denies it even happened. Islamist were massacring Yazdis because they were Yazdi.

Of course it’s not ok kill children.

The action was not justified or if “morally driven” actions have consequences

FiatLux's avatar

Jews in shiteeal have made the conscious act of murdering Palestinians and annexing land for not being jewish, they wrote it into their laws that ONLY jews have rights in shitandpissandedoreal a decade ago.

Desmondo's avatar

I know what a genocide is. It has a strict definition. You can read it at the website of the Genocide Convention. Israel's actions in Gaza confirm to the letter.

Bruce Raben's avatar

Judge Joan E Donaghue did NOT determine genocide. She stressed that the Court did not decide that "the claim of genocide was plausible" or that there was a "plausible case of genocide" and that media and commentators were mischaracterizing the ruling by using that short hand.

her reference to "plausibility" in the ICJ order referred to the Palestinians' right under the Genocide Convention to be protected from genocide and South Africa's right to bring the case, Not the plausibility of the allegation that Isreal is committing genocide.

MastiffSal's avatar

So why weren't they charged with that, held under normal conditions in jail (not as "terrorists - even though PA wasn't a supposedly " terrorist group" when they were arrested) and why was the weight of the govt, the judicial ststem and the press used to squash their human rights? If they'd broken into ANYWHERE that wasn't Israeli backed they'd have got a £200 fine. Remember the guy who broke into BUCKINGHAM PALACE and was found in the queens bedroom? Why is breaking a few machines so much worse than endangering the life of the ruling Monarch? Because SHE wasn't owned by ISRAEL!

Bruce Raben's avatar

Maybe they were mischarged . I just said they were guilty of something

Desmondo's avatar

The Jury said otherwise. The Jury was there. You were not. QED.

Bruce Raben's avatar

One of the police officers was attacked with a sledge hammer and had spinal injuries. They are being retried Go stick it up your QED

FiatLux's avatar

Did she though? They were shown bruises and jewish outlets called it “a broken back”

So which is it?

Rich Mitchell's avatar

Guilty of not wanting to stand by and watch women, children, fathers get systematically erased from the Earth.

That is a lawyer earning every penny of his fees, a brilliant example.

A brave and inspiring speech from Rajiv Menon KC . Let’s hope the jurors also show the necessary courage. It could help restore confidence in our legal system and curtail this authoritarian government’s overreach. That is what is at stake.

On the scales of justice today, on one side, someone getting slightly hurt while carrying out their job and on the other, more than two years of state sanctioned destruction of property, land theft, ethnic cleansing and mass murder.
