Obviously the purpose of removing jury trials is purely to clear a case backlog. Uhuh...

The lamp that shows that freedom lives.

Wonderful!

But I guess the forces controlling us will now tighten the screws even faster:

they seem to be trying to normalise Child Murder and Genocide!

I love that you have real human beings reading your articles, for those of us who prefer to listen. It goes well with your pro-human content!

Well said, the emphasis on our our write to a jury was most important & must held as the first line in any democracy.

Life imprisonment for "aggravated burglary"? Huh?

Prosecution couldn't produce evidence that didn't exist? What, they let that stop them?

Judge overseeing the law who couldn't disguise his prejudices? Better termed "a smudge."

Care to bet that the names of the jurors have been entered into Mossad's database, that they will meet with mysterious ends?

Britain and the United States "enjoy" a "special relationship"? Interject "sordid" in that.

thank you. your description of England's court is enlightening. for the judge to interfere to that extent is shocking to me. sure, in US we also have corrupt judges, but they at least try to hide it.
