The current pro-Israel stance by a few judges is nothing new. There have been countless examples of miscarriages of justice and the righting of any wrongs can take decades to occur. It is the same with judicial-led reviews and public enquiries. The terms of reference are biased against the purpose of the enquiry.
IUK governments are not interested in finding out the truth, they hold these events to mollify the public but are always a sham.

Now the pendulum is firmly swinging the other way. The suppression of free speech and intimidation over obvious things like the difference between sex and gender, the absurd and unevidenced covid measures and mandates, some DEI policies or pretence that a genocide is not happening or that the west is not supporting it- are deliberately made big- knowing that there would be a backlash against them.

But I much desire to read more posted essays like this one. It/they give an albeit-small sense of hope, at least for me, as Jewish voices emphasizing the great need to put humanity and humans, specifically Palestinians, before partisan ethnic-/religious-identity hate and great violence.
Significantly, there are Jews/Semites (including renowned physician, addiction expert and speaker/author Dr. Gabor Mate) who are still vocally condemning Israel’s prolonged and heartless IDF onslaught against Palestinian non-combatants, including very many children. Also, I read about one of the Jews killed on October 7, 2023, who was a pro-Palestinian activist and therefore a recipient of poetic in-justice.
It really must be difficult for decent Jews/Semites with such a strong conscience when they publicly denounce Israel’s atrocities and are then denounced and referred to as “self-hating” by the extreme-Zionism powers, likely in large part to try shaming them into self-censoring. They may see that all lives and needless suffering should matter to us all, yet that’s much easier for a conscience to dismiss when one considers another an innately lower lifeform who also looks different. JVL and others should be asking the Burnham Government 'what is the status of this document today'. Until I began to look at relations between Israel and the UK around the creation of the new Cyber-Innovation Centre adjacent to GCHQ in Cheltenham, I had no idea that the links were so developed.
