The Guardians of the liberal order and humanitarianism clearly ARE the forces of darkness Jonathan. When light is shone on them, the darkness disappears.

You speak at though the rest of the world has no agency whatsoever, despite the fact that they're defeating Israel and the US politically, economically and militarily. I think that's a colonial attitude!

The BRICS will configure a new justice and international system, without US veto. It's up to them now.

Not just those two! Germany's political class is just as guilty. I don't accept the guilt-excuses. Two wrongs don't make a right.

As usual you are spot on.

The hypocrisy of Starmer and Lammy denying genocide, supporting Israel by arming them and using the RAF to fly spy planes.

I wonder whether those pilots are so brainwashed by their superiors, too fearful of repercussions if they disobey, that they feel nothing aiding a genocide?

I cannot express how I feel about Biden and his cohort, they are representative of the the US philosophy: "you're either with us or against us---- and you'd better pray if you're against us."

The world can only hope that the ICC and the ICJ, with the support of those 124 countries, and MILLIONS of people around the world, stand strong, and don't capitulate to the world's bullies, the US and Israel, aided and abetted by the UK and others.

And yet, we the people seem unable to stop this carnage. And people like Steven Pinker try to tell us the world is a better place now. Garbage everywhere. Good on you Jonathon, but how do we beat the machine, and what will take its place? How do we overcome the battle for resources, and does humanity have the capacity to share? Or is it just “human nature” as so many tell us? Apparently Chomsky thinks we don’t really know what human nature is , or what it is capable of. It seems capitalism either shines a light on what we are, or allows the few to tell us what we are. Which is it? C’mon people I need an answer ‘cause I’m feeling pretty fraudulent sitting here eating my breakfast while people are being slaughtered. Monsters everywhere. When does the fuse get lit?

The differences between the Zionists currently running Israel, the UK and US and the Nazis running the Third Reich are too insignificant to be worth discussing. We need to remove our ‘identity politics-colored glasses’, folks, and develop better skills at identifying a duck when it quacks, waddles right up to us and shakes its duck ass in our faces.

Outstanding article with a terrifying prediction. Once again, Jonathan Cook proves himself to be one of the best journalists in the entire English-speaking world by speaking truth to and about power.

Thank you for practicing journalism with integrity. My faith in mainstream American politics and media is irredeemably broken after a year of this unthinkable horror.

The last brats American imperialism, organizing I may take the another 20 years or sooner before BRICKS you currently have something along the alliance of 57% of the world GDP, and that is not including others that Will what to join in.

The next stop is losing the Dollar as king of transactions. In parallel way is a people independent of the corrupt, perverted, degenerate you will rise on a national level demanding the stop of forever wars and start to bring down the military industrial complex.

The purpose of our governments is to focus on the wall pair of citizens well being and never sense of the word.

The absurdity of spending money we do not have, thus enslaving 4 or 5 generations of our children to find $1 trillion budget for killing people and other countries and making people billionaires here in the United State is not sustainable, it is not acceptable and is not what most of us want. At some point at some point in 25 to 50 years if we make it that long my protect our citizens will be a war with its government to put behind the United States, mean the police of the world and having a military presence in 182 bases around the world.

We are not loved around the world we are feared, and is not we the citizens that are feared it is our government leaders who insist wiping off the face of the earth of our Palestinian brothers and sisters. It’s OK, starving them and actively committing genocide is acceptable

Money without a planet , what feature is that?

The uni-polar world will not survive for much longer, and BRICKS.

Trump and the ascendance say of dictators, strongman and completely bankrupt leaders of countries around the world will take time to defeat. But right and human dignity on a sustainable planet will defeat the deranged plans these people have to steal from all of us keep the money and kill people in other countries.

A powerful, compelling and incisive piece of great journalism that leaves one in no doubt of the moral bankruptcy and complicity in the gravest war crimes of Starmer and his government.

Britain also participated in the massacre of 250.000 people in East Timor in the 60’s by supplying fighter jets.

The UK government managed to find ways to keep Julian Assange banged up in Belmarsh prison for five and a half years, even though he was not guilty of any crime. If they truly supported national law, I'm certain that they could find reason to pick up Netanyahu and lock him up in the same place and keep him there.
