Thank you for the background on this "Energy Charter Treaty", Jonathan. I must confess I had been totally unaware of its existence until now. That it appears to be a precedent to the eventual, horribly manipulative "ISDS" arrangements that have been proposed and/or propagated in various "trade deals" makes it all the more disgusting that the corporate malfeasants of the world have been at this insidious game for so long. I think we can kiss "1.5 C" goodbye, for certain.
