About to post my The Economist story and I see below Omar Ahmad Mar 22.
Now in Year 90, I cancelled my subscription in Nov 2023. I was long getting fed up with what I felt was pecuniary based bias in favour of Israel. They had created in me a 3 decade advocate for Palestine, a jaded opinion of Jeremy Corbyn although I was smelling a rat on the antisemitism label. Guess I innocently assumed the power of Zionism weaker in the UK than here in Canada.
In a sort of forensic search on this issue I end up a subscriber on this site.
Great video, thanks. Very straightforward and truthful, I do understand the nuances and subtleties of storytelling and there is no easy answer, but I do feel ( sometimes ) Substack is the miner league and everyone is writing with an extraordinary amount of nuances just in case C N N calls , some times I turn to right wing media and learn a lot , for they are all in , right or wrong. I suppose that one must read the stuff everyone says to not read, great video, you never left yourself an out just in case you get THE CALL. 😁❤️🍉🇵🇸
Thank you for the clarity of your stance, Jonathan. Have you read how The Economist is wringing its hands about Israel being left "alone" with not a word about the horror inflicted on the Palestinians in its article? They even dismiss the use of the word genocide.
Wonderful, sir: you are the best of the best. I made a comment regarding your associated full-length analysis/commentary at https://www.globalresearch.ca/democracy-russian-style/5852710 ; I read it from top to bottom at one sitting. A tour de force, without any doubt.
I was following your work since the Iraq war. It seems that most of the sites I was visiting then have became cheerleaders for Ukraine. Thank you for your work!
The world knows the truth about what Western media and the government supporting the genocide of Palestine have done for many years it's a sad world we living hope one day they will hold accountable in court
Gaza as proof of who produces the real fake news - Yes absolutely. The curtain has been drawn.
It is a great shame that one cannot talk about Ukraine or Syria or Venezueal or wherever with ordinary people because they just don't know a better set of truths exist. But everyone knows about Gaza and Palestine. Anyone who walked through a UK University town on a Saurday has been seeing the peaceful demonstrations for decades.
But what is anyone doing?I am sick of listening to endless talking, endless opinion on this issue.CHILDREN are being starved by Israel.Action has to be taken.Join relief agencies,go to Gaza,do something.
You are right. But a careful analysis of the deceit gives us a deeper understanding of what is happening and better grafted arguments when we write our politicians.
Andy, am I hearing a bit of hubris in your voice, we won’t be distracted by the word Jew, this is about The wonderful People of Palestine getting their land back from the river to the sea.

Thanks for that. Great interview!

Same here. No time for despair.
I would only add that no such thing Israelis have shot and killed relief workers

It’s clear to me that Andy is trying to frame the slaughter of innocent Palestinians a bit more to his liking.
Great common sense reply
