1. No mention of the controversy around what Israel knew of the impending Hamas attack on 7 Oct from their own and Egyptian intelligence.
2.The Hannibal directive being extended to include civilians with the tank and helicopter gunship attacks greatly increasing the loss of Israeli lives.
3.The cash payments to sustain Hamas by Netanyahu via the Qataris .
4. The false claims about minimising collateral damage in Gaza when around 40% of the bombs used were dumb ones and not smart. (Israeli official spokesmen have never been challenged on this).
All this is fully described in the Israeli press, so why is the BBC so silent on these issues. Terror of accusations of antisemitism?
Most of our corporate news-media — which is virtually all of the mainstream news-media, the sole exception being CBC — are either complicit in or support Israel’s campaign of mass suffering and slaughter in Gaza. Their coverage of the Palestine-Israel conflict — present and past, but seemingly now more than ever — is to me almost unprecedented. Most have lost so much of their independence and humanity.
Any genuine journalist with integrity would tender their resignation and publicly proclaim they can no longer help propagate their employer’s compromised product, be it from the Right or Left.
On the Gaza-assault topic, the most journalistically, and perhaps even morally, compromised news-media I've read is Canada’s National Post newspaper. You would really have to read it to believe it, especially since the Oct.7 Hamas attack on Israel. It epitomizes an extreme example of an echo chamber promoting unconditional support for the Israeli state, including its very-long-practiced cruelty towards the Palestinian people. And I mean unconditional support. It's eerily mind-blowing how far downhill it has all gone.
More progressive outlets like Canada's other national newspaper, The Globe and Mail — progressive in regards to essentially following “woke” ideology — can be more deceptive with its essentially pro-Israel coverage and op/ed writing since 10/7. There seems to have been an attempt at appearing objective on this topic when it actually is not.
To repeat, as long as nations [and people] only see what others do to them, but never see what they do to others, we will never have a peaceful world. For some strange reason, President Lincoln's profound comment that ''The best way to destroy your enemies, is to make them your friends'', as gone in one ear and out the other by everybody.

I am the daughter of British Colonialists in Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka became a Sovereign State in i949 (this date may be wrong) I was a baby.
