The confusion arises because Starmer is incorrectly identified. In the past he was always referred to as a professional Human Rights lawyer. When in actuality he was a Professional human rights lawyer. The emphasis was always in the wrong place--he was and is a "Professional" i.e. a careerist first and foremost. Think of him now as a Professional politician and the motivations become clearer and the pattern of action becomes logical. Now do the same thing for Professional journalists. See what I mean?
Excellent. This harassment of independent thinkers is just a tool with which to control the broader population. This is what the Shah of Iran did in tandem with the CIA. Evin Prison was full of people who told the truth. Great bedfellows, Keir. I don't suppose Brits have any venue through which to apply this law to him? They're getting ready for your banks going into default. It doesn't really have anything to do with terrorism. Brits need to increase speaking out now. And growing vegetable gardens in cold frames.
