People need to understand that their governments are infiltrated by Zionist. Otherwise, why these ridiculous, unnecessary harsh sentences for what freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom of religion. These are not crimes these are blatant violations of human rights to perpetuate the supremacy of one group. People have to wake up and fight back any eradicate this infiltration.

Interestingly, the US are now beginning to restrein Israël to fully implément the MoU with Iran, and the UN confirmed that Israël is commiting genocide.

Israël is broadly a création from UK foreign office design (1916, one year before Balfour déclaration), with a critical feature : being not autonomous for its defense. This may explain why the UK deep state is capable of such ridicules décisions as the Palestine Action ones.

It looks like the European human right court should sanction these UK ones, but that’s a long painful process.

are there still appeal avenues at country level ?

Labour, the Tories and Reform are all the same when it comes to the Israeli genocide in Gaza. And the same interparty agreement is also true in the US. The system has been well and truly rigged.

Would the Greens be allowed to win a UK general election? Or would the establishment smear them with lies like they did with Corbyn?

Is it even worth voting any more, if the only possible choice is more of the same?

ISN'T THERE ANY mechanism for dealing with a malignant judge who perverts the course of justice by making unlawful rulings, misleads and deceives a jury, perversely magics terrorism offences out of nowhere to persecute political opponents of government policy and obsessively continues a malicious personal campaign to disbar (and even imprison) a barrister who dared to stand in defiance of him?

ISN'T THERE AN IMPEACHMENT MECHANISM? A...IS THERE NOTHING?

The word, whenever it is used, is always, always, always: anti-semitic not anti-semetic.

Excellent account. Many thanks

STRANGELY, none of this seems to have been mentioned in any BBC radio news reports I have heard or seen re STARMER's resignation.

Perhaps it's in the full text of his speech in Downing Street (delivered to the loudspeaker soundtrack of 'Ode to Joy'). I haven't read that yet.

Meanwhile, the FT today reports that the Dept of Health chief civil servant SAMANTHA JONES has been reprimanded (REPRIMANDED) by the Civil Service Commission for simultaneously being a lobbying consultant for the creepy filth at PALANTIR.

She has not been sacked for brazen corruption. (But then, neither has STARMER.)

To clarify: the FT reports that SAMANTHA JONES had "consultancy deals, including with a partner to US tech group Palantir" (the exact words in the front page 'nib').

It's a plot FOR British government-backed, enabled-, and implemented- genocide. Same as it ever was since the starr of it's crown colonial exploits.

And the frameworks and principles here would apply, regardless of whether it is Palestine today, Primorye tomorrow, or even Padstow.

That's the enormity of what is taking place here.

While the same government continues to try and trigger WW III, supposedly "in defence of liberal democracies".

If the British establishment wants to play a game whereby the phrase "I support Palestine Action" is deemed to constitute support of terrorism, why don't supporters of that organisation simply say "I oppose genocide, I support Palestine" or even "I support Palestine with action".

Everyone, even the dim-witted government, would of course know what they mean. If sophistry is to deem people to be terrorists, then why can't sophistry be used to deem them not to be?

DaveJG64's avatar

Yes, overturning the ban seems to have become more important than protesting against genocide.

Graham Vincent's avatar

A sombre thought. But of course it's a big distraction. As long as the British public is indignant at how the law treats its citizens' rights of protest, people lose sight of what it is they are protesting about.

If the government wanted to be halfway decent, it would say "We are adamant that Palestine Action is a terrorist organisation, but we recognise that what they oppose is worth the opposing, and so whilst we condemn how PA protests, we will take up its cudgels and protest our own way on its behalf."

I don't however think there is a government craw wide enough that that wouldn't stick in.

The British political class is an ass. We shouldn’t be worried about keeping America sweet. We should be siding with Russia, if they’d let us now. It’s America’s war in Ukraine and they are still fighting it, behind the scenes. Don’t be fooled. Let’s leave them to it and concentrate on looking after the British people.

Jo Waller's avatar

Yes, the British political class has been captured by US interests. Let's hope with all the deflection away from US interests and onto the 'British security state' we don't end up further into proxy war with Russia- the UK is already deeply involved providing training, intelligence and funding to Ukraine; and is now seizing ships in British waters that are legally carrying Russian oil- all on behalf of and as explicitly asked to do by our American puppet masters.

The ridiculous and sledge-hammer approach of attempts to suppress opposition to genocide is not to protect the 'state'. It is to create a backlash against this 'state'. Meanwhile, US based interests in fossil fuels, animal ag, pharma and arms, who dictated the sledge-hammer approach, continue to quietly laugh all the way to the bank.

Isn't the whole purpose of any protest, to influence government decision making and policy. How can that be used to imply terrorism? Mad.

The British are top of the global murder charts with 120 million within the Indian sub-continent alone followed by the yanks with 40 million dead civilians since 1945. The old colonial club members formed NATO in 1949 to continue their global dominance under a coordinated military umbrella to ensure cheap raw materials, 3rd world subjugation etc. The Israeli fledgling state began as it intended to continue with murder, land theft and the establishment of an Apartheid regime during its first year of existence in 1948.

Prospective Western 'leaders' are chosen for their compliance to current norms, they must support the Israeli 'state' unequivocally no matter how many international laws it breaks + it's continued Apartheid regime. Deviants are swiftly removed. How broken is Western 'democracy'? When your unelected head of state rushes to congratulate President Trump after he murdered 150 elementary school children, that's when you should call for root and branch reform.
