Great article with so much context it is allowing me to get friends caught up on the topic in an easy to follow way. It's been hard for me to believe but, to date, almost all of the people in my circle have no clue about (or desire to learn more about) this act of war against NATO allies and our planet...and, even those who support our proxy war against Russia all claim to be passionate environmentalists. So frustrating.

Without expressing any opinion on the specifics of Hersh's reporting - everyone knows that the United States, possibly with the aid of one or more of its lackey states, did it. That nobody wants to investigate makes it even more blindingly obvious that everyone knows that they won't like the answers that any investigation will bring.

The problem is that nobody of influence and authority dares say that the Emperor is buck naked. Even the few Europeans who will grudgingly admit that the United States committed an act of war on Germany are grateful, "Kick me again, Master! I deserve it!"

Europeans *like* being slaves. A slave has no responsibilities. A slave doesn't have to make any decisions. And Europeans tell themselves that the life of a house slave is pretty good, at least compared with that of a field slave. Didn't Borrell call Europe a "garden", as opposed to the "jungle" outside?
